Our method encompasses familiar construction stages — formwork, concrete pouring, plastering, painting— yet executed in a meticulously controlled environment, ensuring unparalleled quality compared to on-site methods
Modular construction is a method where buildings are constructed using pre-manufactured sections or modules that are built off-site in a controlled factory environment. These modules are then transported to the construction site and assembled into the final structure. Each module is typically a self-contained section of the building, complete with walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures, and fittings. This approach allows for simultaneous on-site preparation and off-site module fabrication, reducing construction time significantly. It offers benefits such as cost-effectiveness, higher quality control due to factory conditions, reduced material waste, and increased flexibility in design and customization.
Our Villa Collection is manufactured in no more than 90 days from order confirmation. Custom projects take longer depending on size and scope, with lead times ranging from 120 days for single-family projects to 240 days for multi-family projects.
Delivery usually take 5-7 working days for Central & Eastern Europe. Other locations are case specific.
Our technology is based on two modular types:
Steel-framed modules with fibre-cement encasement
Reinforced-concrete modules
The module type is chosen based on the clients budget, type of project and its requirements, technical feasibility and desired construction duration.
