Modular construction is a methodology that involves fabricating individual building modules off-site in a controlled environment, each pre-made with everything from walls to fixtures. These prefabricated modules, akin to standardized building blocks, are then transported to the construction site for assembly into the final building, speeding up the process and allowing for more control over quality and customization.

Our method encompasses familiar construction stages — formwork, concrete pouring, plastering, painting— yet executed in a meticulously controlled environment, ensuring unparalleled quality compared to on-site methods
We Modules are manufactured to a meticulous level of quality, using EU-certified sustainable raw materials and automated manufacturing processes. Our buildings are air-tight and offer advanced energy-efficiency capabilities, ready for LEED, Passive-Haus and BREAM certifications. Our buildings are pre-engineered to withstand a life-cycle of above 130 years, offering more longevity than most conventionally-built buildings.

Our Villa Collection is manufactured in no more than 90 days from order confirmation. Custom projects take longer depending on size and scope, with lead times ranging from 120 days for single-family projects to 240 days for multi-family projects.
Delivery usually take 5-7 working days for Central & Eastern Europe. Other locations are case specific.
Our main module type uses S275 JR structural steel and encasing of the clients choosing, ranging from OSB to concrete panels.
For orders above 100 modules, we offer reinforced-concrete volumetric modules.
Soon, we will be offering timber-framed volumetric modules for Germany, Austria & Switzerland.
