We provide 15-year structural warranty and 5 to 15 years on the various non-structural elements for EU customers. Warranty for all Original Equipment Manufacturer elements not manufactured by WE MODULAR are according to their respective OEM’s warranty T&C’s.
We are commited
1) 20% down payments, 80% when home is ready.
2) 80% upfront, 20% when home is ready applies 5% discount.
3) 100% upfront, 10% discount.
Get in touch and tell us more about your project, including specific requirements and location. We will perform a feasibility study, whether the project is suitable for our modular technology.
Once we have the required information, we will begin creating initial modularised floorpans and 3D mockups of the future build, corresponding to the project requirements.
Depending on the level of details provided by the clients for the modular concept plans, we will provide a preliminary or final offer to the client, including scope of works, specification, terms of sale and schedule.
Once our agreement has been signed, we will move onto preparing technical drawings for submission to the local building authority for building permits, as well as internal manufacturing drawings for us.
Once building permits have been granted, off-site manufacturing of the modules will begin, simultaneously with on-site works including ground-works, foundations and utility connections.
When ready, the modules will be delivered and permanently assembled onto the land foundations, including all finishing details, providing a turnkey building to the client.
